Unlike traditional providers, Trainoverse uses AI to match companies with the right trainers, offers a centralised platform for registration, and provides analytics to measure training outcomes.
Is Trainoverse HRD Corp–claimable? +
Yes, all accredited programmes listed on Trainoverse are HRD Corp–claimable, provided the trainers meet HRD requirements.
Who can use Trainoverse? +
Companies, HR professionals, trainers, and individual participants can all use Trainoverse to either offer or attend training programmes.
How do I create an account? +
Simply click Sign Up on the homepage, choose your role (Trainer, Company, or Participant), and complete the registration form.
Can I register as both a company and a trainer? +
Yes, but you will need to create separate accounts for each role to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Is there a cost to join Trainoverse? +
Creating an account is free. However, a small platform fee (6%) is applied for confirmed bookings.
How do I reset my password? +
Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the email instructions to reset your password securely.
What should I do if I can't log in? +
Check your email and password. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or contact our support team for assistance.
Is my personal data safe with Trainoverse? +
Yes. We follow strict data protection policies in line with Malaysia's PDPA and international privacy standards.

How do I sign up as a trainer? +
Click Sign Up → Trainer, complete the form, and upload required documents (SSM, TTT Certificate, Accreditation).
How do I sign up as a company? +
Click Sign Up → Company, provide your organisation details, and upload your SSM certificate.
How do I sign up as a participant? +
Click Sign Up → Participant and complete your personal profile to join available training sessions.
What documents are required for trainer registration? +
SSM, TTT Certification, and other professional certifications.
What documents are required for company registration? +
SSM certificate and company profile.
Do I need HRDF accreditation to register as a trainer? +
Yes, for HRD claimable programmes. Non-HRD claimable courses can also be listed with proof of expertise.
Can international trainers register on Trainoverse? +
Yes, but you must comply with Malaysian training standards and provide equivalent certifications.
Can multiple users manage one company account? +
Yes, you can assign multiple admins within your company profile.
How do I update my profile information? +
Go to Profile Settings and edit your details anytime.
How do I upload my certifications? +
Use the Upload Document option in your profile dashboard. Supported formats include PDF, DOC, and JPG.

For Trainers

How do I list my training programmes? +
Log in, go to Trainer Dashboard → Add Programme, and fill in the required details.
How do I set the price per session? +
Enter your fee in the pricing field when creating your programme. You can edit it later via the Edit button.
Can I edit or update my course after publishing? +
Yes, you can modify course details anytime through your dashboard.
How do I get matched with companies? +
Our AI automatically matches your profile with companies seeking similar training.
How does the AI matching system work? +
It analyses company training needs, programme topics, and trainer expertise to suggest the best match.
Can I offer both online and face-to-face training? +
Yes, you can select delivery mode (online, face-to-face, hybrid).
How do I know if a company is interested in my programme? +
You will receive notifications and inquiries via your dashboard.
How do I handle participant feedback? +
Feedback is collected through the system and visible in your profile analytics.

Use the search filter and select "HRD Claimable" to view eligible programmes.

Yes, submit a request through Company Dashboard → Custom Training Request.

Do I need to create my own account as a participant? +
Yes, unless your company registers you directly.
Can I get a certificate after completing a program? +
Yes, certificates are provided for completed programs.
What if I miss a training session? +
Contact the trainer to check for a makeup class or online materials.
Can I switch to another program after registering? +
